2.1. WTO, FTAs, AFAS: None, except a foreign investor who is a legal entity of a WTO Member, belonging to an ASEAN member country and other FTAs.
Responsible foreign architects in foreign-invested economic organizations must have a practice certificate issued or recognized by the Government of Vietnam.
For reasons of national security and social order and safety, in some areas, according to the regulations of the Government of Vietnam, foreign investors, foreign-invested economic organizations may not authorized to provide this service.
(VKFTA: does not require investors to be Korean legal entities).
2.2. The Law of Vietnam: No regulation on investment conditions applicable to foreign investors.
