2. Detailing Conditions
2.1. WTO, FTAs, AFAS:
Foreign investors owning charter capital in economic organizations: not exceed 51%.
Investment form: joint venture, business cooperation contract.
Vietnamese partners participating in investment: must be permitted by competent state agencies to provide film distribution services.
2.2. The law of Vietnam: film distribution enterprises and other enterprises with business registration for exporting and importing films must have cinemas in order to participate in the dissemination of films.
