2.1. WTO, FTAs: Not included in the Schedule.
2.2. The Law of Vietnam: Only business establishments affiliated to the Ministry of Public Security can produce seals with the national emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the seal with the image of the Police insignia; Only business establishments affiliated to the Ministry of National Defense can produce a seal bearing the Military Mark, except for business establishments that have been operating before the effective date of this Decree.
