For services related to topographic survey, engineering geology, hydrogeology, environmental survey, technical survey serving urban-rural development planning, industry development planning, foreign investors investment is provided only after the permission of the Government of Vietnam.
2.2. The law of Vietnam: No regulation on investment conditions applicable to foreign investors.
