2. Detailing Conditions

2.1. ACIA:

•  Not granting Investment Registration Certificate to foreign investors belonging to ASEAN member countries for business investment:

Services related to production of caustic soda NaOH (liquid).

Services of distributing sulfuric acid used in the manufacture of other products.

•  The requirement for the quality of services provided by a foreign-invested organization with the capital contribution of a foreign investor in an ASEAN member country may be higher than that applicable to a joint venture. domestic industry for:

Services related to the production of H3PO4 and HCl acids;

Services related to the production of chemical products such as phosphor, silicate-sodium, tripolyphotphatm aluminium hydroxide, light powder, calcium chloride, activated carbon and coal.

2.2. The Law of Vietnam: No regulation on investment conditions applicable to foreign investors.
